Banking & Finance Associate Attorney

Aligned Talent Acquisition is currently working with several AmLaw and large national law firms seeking Banking & Finance Associates to join growing finance platforms in Dallas.
These opportunities offer the ability to work on sophisticated financing transactions representing financial institutions, private credit funds, sponsors, and corporate borrowers within highly regarded national practices.
The Role
• Syndicated lending transactions
• Acquisition finance matters
• Private credit and leveraged finance work
• Secured lending transactions
• Direct client interaction and substantive deal responsibility
• Collaboration with a nationally recognized finance team
Ideal Background
• Approximately 3-7 years of banking & finance experience
• Experience with syndicated lending, acquisition finance, private credit, or secured transactions preferred
• Large law firm or sophisticated finance platform experience strongly preferred
• Strong drafting and analytical skills
• Juris Doctorate and Texas bar admission preferred or ability to waive in

Compensation
